Housing Solutions &Support for Single Homeless People & Citywide Prevention & Resettlement Services The Service requirements are outlined in the Service Specification There are 6 Lots included in this opportunity: • Sub Lot 1 – 24 hour services • Sub Lot 2 – HRHN 16-21 years • Sub Lot 3 - HRHN 16-21 years • Sub Lot 4 – Multiple and Complex needs • Sub Lot 5 – 9-5 Dispersed services • Sub Lot 6 – Citywide Prevention and Resettlement Service
Lot Division
1 | 24 hour services - To deliver a minimum of 259 units of high quality 24-hour temporary accommodation and empowering, person-centred, trauma informed and psychologically informed environments (PIE) to support single homeless people Lot 1 – 24 hour services - To deliver a minimum of 259 units of high quality 24-hour temporary accommodation and empowering, person-centred, trauma informed and psychologically informed environments (PIE) to support single homeless people. |
2 | HRHN 16-21 years Lot 2 – HRHN 16-21 years - To deliver a minimum of 80 units of high quality 24-hour temporary accommodation and empowering, person-centred, trauma informed and psychologically informed environments (PIE) to support single homeless young people who have a range of high risk and needs. |
3 | HRHN 16-21 years Lot 3 - HRHN 16-21 years - To deliver a minimum of 44 units of high quality 24-hour temporary accommodation and empowering, person-centred, trauma informed and psychologically informed environments (PIE) to support single homeless people with High needs / High Risk offending backgrounds (but who are not High-Risk Offenders – see definition of High-Risk Offenders on page 6 of Sub Lot 3). |
4 | Multiple and Complex needs To deliver a minimum of 18 units of high quality 24-hour temporary accommodation and empowering, person-centred, trauma informed and psychologically informed environments (PIE) to support single homeless people with multiple and complex needs. This will include separate provision for those Service Users who in addition to multiple needs also have social and personal care needs and/or who are approaching end of life |
5 | 9-5 Dispersed services To deliver a minimum of 203 units of high quality 9-5 dispersed temporary accommodation and empowering, person-centred, trauma informed and psychologically informed environments (PIE) to support single homeless people. |
6 | Citywide Prevention and Resettlement Service Lot 6 – Citywide Prevention and Resettlement Service - This contract is for a Citywide Prevention and resettlement services The services are to provide prevention advice and support to single and family households citywide with the aim of preventing homelessness and to provide resettlement support to those moving into independent accommodation from commissioned temporary accommodation and or those placed in emergency or temporary accommodation by LCC Housing Options Service (HOS). This will be a single contract delivered by two providers to ensure there is choice and capacity for Service Users. It will be critical for the two appointed service providers to work closely in partnership. |
