NHS England is looking to award a contract to an organisation to provide a National Operations Service to support the NHS-Galleri Interm Implementation Pilot. The requirements are:

i) to develop a call centre to manage all booking and query calls for participants & public in a timely way, ii) to process suspected cancer results, manage clinical queries, supporting participants with referral, iii) to invite selected cohort, support capacity and demand with the digital Galleri Pilot System (GPS) and local sites.
