Description

This contract is to appoint a single Contractor to provide servicing, maintenance and repairs to commercial kitchen equipment. The Contract covers the labour and parts involved in reactive visits to Durham County Council establishments for kitchen equipment. Repairs are required to be carried in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations and the specification.

Total Quantity or Scope

This Contract will be available for use by Durham County Council and the following additional Contracting Authorities, where they have entered into a Procurement Service Level Agreement (SLA) with Durham County Council available on our website at: http://www.durham.gov.uk/dobusinesswithus The documents must be downloaded from www.nepo.org and insert DN reference DN701037 within the supplier area.

Renewal Options

The proposed contract is to be let with an option to extend for up to a further 2 x 12 months from the actual end date.
