Building project and refurbishment works relating to 7 York Court, Wilder Street, Bristol. The works involve refurbishment of the building fabric, internal reconfiguration and fitout works, installation of photovoltaics, upgrade of M&E systems, as well as external and car park works. The project has a 4-month delivery date, with delivery required by 1st July 2024. The estimated project cost is £450,000+VAT.
