Southend on Sea City Council are seeking to engage experienced and qualified organisations for the provision of servicing and maintenance of Building Management Systems and Inspection, Testing and Repairs to Lightning Protection and Fall Protection Equipment to Public Buildings and Delegated Sites including Schools and Community Resource Buildings within the City of Southend. Lot 1 is for the appointment of a qualified supplier for the servicing and maintenance of Building Management Systems to Public Buildings and Delegated Sites including Schools and Community Resource Buildings within the City of Southend on Sea under a JCT Measured Term Contract 2016 Edition. The Council are seeking to appoint one service provider for this Lot. Lot 2 is for the appointment of a qualified supplier for the Inspection, Testing and Repairs to Lightning Protection and Fall Protection Equipment to Public Buildings and Delegated Sites including Schools and Community Resource Buildings within the City of Southend on Sea under a JCT Measured Term Contract 2016 Edition. The Council are seeking to appoint one service provider for this Lot. The aim of the contracts are to provide quality planned maintenance and responsive repairs by suitably qualified engineers. Objectives include adhering to a planned maintenance programme. The main outcomes are to ensure reliable, suitably accredited and qualified contractors are employed to ensure the equipment remains reliable and compliant to SFG20 standards.
