Legal Justification
Discussions with solution providers and other local authority users indicate that the “data onboarding process” has significant difficulties and potentially will take several months to complete. To ensure we have adequate and sufficient time to undertake the work and manage the process with the new provider, whilst not losing access to a live database, the award will allow for successful data extraction, transformation, onboarding, configuration, UAT and training to be undertaken.
