LLDC would like to produce a Landscape & Public Realm (L&PR) Framework. Within this PIN notice are running an Early Market Engagement.The Early Market Engagement (EME) for the LLDC (open to OPDC and GLAP) L&PR is a strategic step to gather essential information, assess vendor suitability, and lay the groundwork for a successful L&PR Framework tailored to the unique needs of LLDCs. feedback is requested in relation to the proposal described within this document.

LLDC is seeking framework consultants to be able to produce the necessary information to enable LLDC to develop a strategy for future Park and Estate uses. This may include commercial or academic research, analysis, and insights. LLDC is specifically seeking teams that will integrate well considered and inclusive participation activities (ie experience/exploratory walks) in stakeholder engagement to provide input to the development of strategy. LLDC will manage the early market engagement process in an open and transparent manner to maximise the possible benefits.

LLDC is seeking framework consultants to be able to produce the necessary information to enable LLDC to develop a strategy for future Park and Estate uses. LLDC will manage the early market engagement process in an open and transparent manner to maximise the possible benefits. … These teams should be landscape-led and are expected to be flexible and multidisciplinary, responding to the specific project needs. The design process should include a curated programme of engagement activities which will drive high levels of participation and provide input to the developing design, including codesign and workshop activities. LLDC is under no obligation to follow up this market engagement exercise in any way or with any interested parties.
