Description

The development of a standard set of simplified national people policies by 2025 is a key action within the Future of NHS HR and OD report (FHROD). A simplified and standardised approach to workplace resolution is intended to embed a just culture approach within the NHS, incorporating in one framework disciplinary, capability, grievance, and bullying/harassment policies. To achieve these aims it is planned to engage external specialist experts, with experience of NHS, public and private sector workplace resolution, to support the development of a national NHS resolution policy.
