Total Quantity or Scope

Ayrshire Housing require a suitably qualified cleaning company to carry out routine cleaning, disinfecting and vacuuming of common close areas, common window cleaning and adhoc cleaning works such as bulk uplifts, needle uplifts and disposal and fire saftey inspection works.

Renewal Options

The client has an option to extend the contract for a variable period not exceeding 36 months.
