Network Rail intend to launch PQQ's for Buildings and Civils Reactive and Minor Works Frameworks in January 2024.

Total Quantity or Scope

Future procurement strategy for Building and Civils Reactive and Minor Works. These works can be split into three broad categories. Reactive call outs (Timescales can be as reactive as 2hrs) PPM (planned Preventative Maintenance) (Buildings Only) Planned Works/ Projects Frameworks are anticipated to run for 4 years with the option to extend for 1 year at NR's sole discretion.
