Other Information
PWC provided support to the region during the response phase of COVID 19. They supported the region in setting up a PMO Hub which coordinated all of the response activities to ensure that these were delivered at pace in an efficient and effective way. They also supported the rapid work required to assess the viability of potential Nightingale site, including developing the pathways to access Nightingale London. As we move into the recovery phase we are proposing that PWC provide a scaled back level of support to enable the region to develop, with systems across the South East, a strategic framework and clear set of priorities to enable us to drive an effective, coordinated recovery programme. Further detailis provided below. Some additional support is required to continue a small amount of work relating to the previous business case, to build PMO maturity and ensure it can be re-orientated to support the effective management of an extended recovery phase. The PWC team has been scaled back to three paid for staff (one director, one senior manager and one associate). PWC have agree that two additional members of staff (one partner and one manager) will provide their services freeof charge. The partner provides ad hoc input. The manager is engaged full time on this work.
