Description

Leeds Trinity University (LTU) is seeking bids from suppliers who are able to provide online reading list systems and digital content solutions. Currently LTU has approximately 9,500 FTE students, of whom 4,100 are studying at Leeds Trinity University itself, and 5,400 on LTU franchised programmes at partner institutions, and 207 FTE academic staff. There are currently 1735 modules managed directly by LTU and 407 modules managed by partners with 658 (LTU) and 143 (partners) reading lists hosted in the current system. The University is however in a period of growth with new teaching programmes coming online over the next few years. In addition to this the University is opening a new City Centre Campus at 1 Trevelyan Square in September 2024, so all solutions offered need to be scalable to meet current and future demands. The tender is intended to result in a contract with a single supplier, although the University reserves the right to not award or award to multiple suppliers where it is considered that this offers best value for money. The contract period is 5+1+1. Instruction and accessing the tender documents:
