Norfolk County Council wishes to award a contract to a provider to deliver assessments to inform a Blue Badge application process. The assessments are expected to be carried out over the phone and face to face by suitably qualified Physiotherapists and Occupational Therapists.

Renewal Options

The contract may be extended by up to a further 60 months at the Council's discretion. The value quoted above is for the full term including extension.
