** PREVIEW NOTICE, please check Find a Tender for full details. ** This SPD is designed to allow CFL to review evidence of prior experience and should not make forward-looking statements or predict where products or features may have utility for CFL. Q4C of the SPD (Weighting 100%) - Bidders will be required to provide examples that demonstrate previous experience, capacity and capability in delivering a quality, compliant service for the supply and deliver MGO as described in part II.2.4 of the Contract Notice. Question 1 is split into four weighted sections and should be from the last 3 years as follows: Question 1 (Weighting 100%): CalMac Ferries Limited (CFL) wish to engage with suitable contractors who have previous experience supplying MGO to similar locations as listed in the Contract Notice. You are asked to detail your experience in this activity, what challenges you encountered and what lessons you learned from them. Your answers should be as descriptive as possible and should include the following aspects in addition to any other relevant contractual experience: 1.1 Detailed description of the logistics involved in the MGO delivery from point of collection to point of delivery similar to CFL requirements. (Weighting 25%) 1.2 How you ensured resilience was built into the contract, challenges and how did you mitigate against known risks. (Weighting 25%) 1.3 How you ensured compliance was achieved with all relevant Legislation and Regulation including but not limited to International Maritime Organisation (ISM) for Safe Operation of Ships and for Pollution Prevention (Marpol). (Weighting 25%) 1.4 Name and nature of the organisation you supplied and how you assisted with their operational requirements.
