The focus of the commissioning review is to establish the potential benefits and value for money that the introduction of 'smart' parking technology can deliver, along with a review of options on how to align the provision of parking enforcement, including potential insourcing, route to market and the recommended approach. To participate in this pre-procurement market engagement, organisations must submit their completed Supplier Questionnaire Document, together with any supporting documents, through the In-Tend system by the return deadline of 12 noon on 15/02/2024.
