The current incumbent, Penhellis Community Care Ltd, was considered against the 5 key criteria. These criteria are not weighted differently as they are equally important for this service. They clearly meet and in some elements exceed the requirements of this service. The commissioner wishes to tweak the service specification to meet future need in light of lessons learnt. This will not change the contract to any significant level and will allow greater system support and therefore VFM. Decision makers are: System Director - Adults and Community services, Programme Lead - Adults and Community services, Contract Manager, Finance Manager, Procurement manager No conflicts of interest registered Contract value - £400,000 over lifetime of contract 1 year with 1 year extension option
