Location

This winning bidder for this procurement will be signing 2 contracts - one with Norfolk County Council and one with Hertfordshire County Council. Delivery will be in Norfolk and Hertfordshire.

Description

Norfolk County Council and Hertfordshire County Council have a need to procure station end hardware, support and potentially installation for their respective fire and rescue services.This procurement is being led by Norfolk County Council on behalf of the two Councils. Bidders are only required to complete the Invitation to Tender once and one bidder will be appointed to deliver for both Councils. The winning bidder will be awarded one contract with Norfolk County Council and one with Hertfordshire County Council i.e. this will not be a 3 way contract.

Renewal Options

The 2 contracts will be for 3 years from operational go live date. There is the right in each contract for the relevant Council to extend by a further 2 years. The Council's reserve the right to decide not to contract for full implementation services. This is detailed in the procurement documentation.

Please note that the value is an estimate. As per the procurement documentation, prices will be fixed for the first 3 years of the contracts.
