Legal Justification
This modification is being made under the provisions set out in Regulations 72 (1) (a). Original Contract for Section 10.3 SEHSCT terminated immediately following award and as specified in the tender documentation SS20b TEMMS 'Should a Tenderer not accept a Contract or a Contract is terminated, the Contract will be offered to the bidder ranked next in the evaluation for the relevant Section'. The Contract was offered to the next ranked bidder, Clearwater Technology Ltd for this Section.
Other Information
Clearwater Technology Ltd is now replacing Chemical Treatment Services Ireland Ltd for Lot 10, Section 10.3 SEHSCT following termination of the Contract.
