Proposed electrical installations condition reports (EICRs) to 500 domestic properties and common areas, mains isolators installations and ad-hoc electrical repairs at various locations in Central Belt, Scotland

Total Quantity or Scope

The works and service requirements comprise of Electrical Installation Condition Reports to approx. 300 domestic properties, 200 common closes, installation of electrical mains isolator switches and ad-hoc reactive repairs at various locations in Central Belt, Scotland. All works and service provision will be undertaken to existing social housing and commercial stock owned and/or managed by Link Group Ltd and any of its subsidiaries.

Renewal Options

Further 2 years on basis of 1 + 1, subject to satisfactory performance, KPI compliance and mutual agreement
