Other Information

Swansea Council is seeking ready assembled domestic furniture for the Furnished Tenancy section. Furniture includes beds, cots, bedroom furniture, sofas, sofa beds, kitchen table and chairs, highchairs and baby safety equipment. Swansea Council’s Housing and Public Health department is currently developing their Services Specification, contracting process and commercial model for the Provision of Furniture for Swansea Council Properties. Attached to this notice is a Market Engagement Questionnaire (MEQ) which seeks the views and opinions of those organisations that may be interested in delivering the goods. Please return your completed MEQ via e-mail to Procurement@swansea.gov.uk quoting MEQ for Provision of Furniture by no later than 12:00 noon on the 12th of January 2024. Register your company on the eTenderWales portal (this is only required once): — Navigate to the portal: http://etenderwales.bravosolution.co.uk — Click the “Suppliers register here” link. — Enter your correct business and user details. — Note the username you chose and click “Save” when complete. — You will shortly receive an e-mail with your unique password (please keep this secure). — Agree to the terms and conditions and click “continue”. 2. Express an interest in the project: — Login to the portal with your username/password. — Click the “ITTs Open to All Suppliers” link (these are the ITTs open to any registered supplier). — Click on the relevant ITT to access the content. — Click the “Express Interest” button in the “Actions” box on the left-hand side of the page. — This will move the ITT into your “My ITTs” page (this is a secure area reserved for your projects only). — Click on the ITT code.
