NIAUR - Markets Directorate - Markets Support Contract - the Utility Regulator UR is seeking to establish a Single supplier Framework to provide expert support in meeting the deliverables of the DfE Energy Strategy and to assist the UR in identifying, scoping and analysing potential issues and scenarios arising within the NI energy market in the short, medium and long term, and developing potential solutions to mitigate around a range of issues which are identified and in which we require support

Contractors not delivering on contract requirements is a serious matter. It means the public purse is not getting what it is paying for.
