The contracting authority is BSO as stated in I.1.In Section II.2.5 The quality and price weighting was on a pass/fail basis as outlined within the procurement documents. Estimated value is £60,000,000 GBP. This is the highest potential estimated value and the actual value may be different from that quoted here. The Public Contract Regulations as amended provide for aggrieved parties who have been harmed or are at risk of harm by a breach of the rules to take action in the High Court (England, Wales and Northern Ireland).
