Description
NHS Arden & Greater East Midlands Commissioning Support Unit on behalf of Nottingham and Nottinghamshire Integrated Care Board (ICB)(the Commissioner) would like to notify the market of its intent to award a contract to provide alternative primary medical services (APMS) at the Windmill Practice, Sneinton, Nottingham. The service commencement date is 1st June 2024. The contract will be for a duration of 10 years with the option to extend for up to a further 5 years with an estimated contract value (including 5-year extension) of £17,881,935.00. The deadline for representations is 18th April 2024.

NHS Arden & Greater East Midlands Commissioning Support Unit on behalf of Nottingham and Nottinghamshire Integrated Care Board (ICB)(the Commissioner) would like to notify the market of its intent to award a contract to provide alternative primary medical services (APMS) at the Windmill Practice, Sneinton, Nottingham. The service commencement date is 1st June 2024. … The Windmill Practice is a member of the Nottingham City East Primary Care Network. The practice has approximately 10,832 (raw list size) registered patients as of October 2023. The list size has slightly grown over a period of 18 months. The immediate areas of the practice boundary have high index of multiple deprivation and tend to experience the most health inequalities. The contract will be awarded to Modality MMS following a robust Competitive Process under The Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. The award criteria is the Key Criteria, with a weighting of 100.
