Description

Safe and secure internet access for all users and devices across the new ultra-high-volume throughout laboratories, in accordance with any current of future Acceptable Usage Policies. Summary of Business Case (Background information): To obtain value for money, we are requesting a 2-year term that includes 4,000 users associated with the Project Jupiter Labs. To ensure we get best value for money and to allow for growth over a period, the project and Commercial team have negotiated the ramp-up licencing scale as follows: 10/03/21 - 2000 users for 1 month 10/04/21 – 2500 users for 2 months 10/06/21 – 3000 users for 1 month 10/07/21 – 3500 users for 2 months 15/03/22 – 4000 users for 18 months
