Legal Justification
One of the functions of the Financial Systems and Data team within Finance Directorate is to support the Analytical and Real Time reporting within MAPS. These reports are critical to the Business to support internal and external reporting and audits. Due to the current increased workload and skill requirements, we have been making use of consultancy service which come to an end on 31st March 2024 This extension request is to extend the consultancy service by a further 3 months to 30/6/24 to align to the current end date of the Contract. This includes:Extension of BI consultancy services from Apr-24 to June-24 and includes creation of Business Intelligence OTBI/BIP reports within MaPs Fusion.Extension of OAC Consultancy services from Apr-24 to June-24 until FAW is live and all dashboards have been migrated from OAC to FAW.
