Essex County Council (ECC) is issuing this Prior Information Notice (PIN) update as notice to engage with the market and offer a Bidders Event focused on using ProContract, the Authority's e-Sourcing portal. The aim of this session is to enable potential bidders who are unfamiliar with the ProContract platform to learn how to register to use the platform, as well as to provide an overview on how to find and respond to the future tender opportunity, and how to ask any clarification questions during the tender period. A timetable of two (2) available sessions has been provided below for potential bidders to select from - please note that both sessions will cover the same content. The Council intends for these to be group sessions with all participants anonymous. Participants will be able to ask questions via a Q&A function throughout the session. Alternatively a 30 minute instructional video is also available should potential bidders be unable to attend either session below but still require assistance familiarising themselves with the portal.
