This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) intention to confirmation of contract award notice. The awarding of this This contract is subject to has been awarded under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award. The publication of this notice marks the start of the standstill period. Representations by providers must be made to the relevant authority by 10th April 2024. This contract has not yet formally now been awarded; this notice serves as an intention to formally awarded using direct award under process C.The contract award date is 12th April 2024, the PSR.Key Criteria1. Ability contract will run from 01/04/2024 to provide the required service.2.Consideration of service fees against turnaround time for prostate biopsies.3.
