Description
The core objectives of the Managing Agent are to support Contracting Authorities in the operational and contractual management of existing, new and future outsourced waste collection and disposal contracted services, as well as support data collection and analysis of waste volumes.
Total Quantity or Scope
The contracting Authority are seeking to establish a single supplier Framework Agreement to provide a Managing Agent Service to Public Sector Contracting Authorities having outsourced waste collection and disposal services. The purpose of the agreement will be to allow Contracting Authorities to call off contracts from the Framework to provide management support for outsourced Waste Services.

The purpose of this notice is to request Expressions of Interested from those suppliers potentially interested in bidding for the work, as well as to assist the Authority in the development of the procurement documentation. In expressing an interest in the work, potential suppliers are asked to review the attached draft specification, performance model and pricing model and provide comments to each that could inform the Authority in the development of the documents to ensure they meet both operational delivery and industry standards. Interested parties should register on the Authority’s E-Sourcing Portal Login | Salesforce and express their interest into project number C207022.The deadline for receipt of Expressions of Interest and review of the draft tender documents is 17:00 hours on Friday the 17th of May 2024.
