The Welsh Government is planning to commission research to inform preparations within Wales for the potential future devolution of powers and functions relating to justice and policing.

Total Quantity or Scope

The research will include assessing capacity, capability and preparedness for the devolution of youth justice, probation and policing powers and functions, and collating and analysing data and evidence relating to criminal justice.
