Description

The purpose of this Prior Information Notice (PIN) is to notify the market of the intention to procure a service provider to assist Westminster City Council with the delivery of cleansing, maintenance and regulatory compliance of the public conveniences located across the city.

Total Quantity or Scope

The City Council is seeking a single Service contract to provide cleaning, regulatory compliance, maintenance, and the overall management of 14 public conveniences, eight of which are in the West End.

Other Information

A programme of refurbishment is ongoing to modernise each site to improve the standard of the facilities. Works are expected to be completed by summer 2026. The Council currently has a contract for Cleaning and Maintenance of the Public Conveniences which expires at the end of November 2024, and is looking to award a new contract to ensure the continuity of this service.
