Norfolk County Council has added an additional lot to The Life Opportunities Framework Agreement for adults in Norfolk. This new Lot is for the provision of services for Older People, People with Physical Disabilities, and People living with Dementia. We initially opened this Framework for the provision of service for People with Learning Disability and or Autism (PWLDA) under Lot 1, and have now added Lot 2 for Older People, People with Physical Disabilities and People living with Dementia (OP/PD/De).

Norfolk County Council has added a lot to the open framework delivering life opportunities to adults in Norfolk. We initially opened this Framework for the provision of service for People with Learning Disability and or Autism (PWLDA) under Lot 1. The initial term of the Life Opportunities Framework for Adults in Norfolk is for 5 years with the option to be extended by up to 5 years. The value given is an estimate for the whole framework over the entire term. Precise information on deadline(s) for lodging appeals: The Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (as amended) provide for aggrieved parties who have been harmed or are at risk of harm by a breach of the rules to take action in the High Court (England, Wales and Northern Ireland).Proceedings must be brought within 30 days from the date of knowledge (the date on which the economic operator first knew or ought to have known that grounds for starting the proceedings had arisen) unless the Court considers that there is good reason for extending the period within which proceedings may be brought, in which case the Court may extend that period up to a maximum of 3 months from the date of knowledge.
