Description

The City and County of Swansea invites Tenders for the purpose of establishing a Framework Agreement for Domestic Electrical Rewires which will be for undertaking various electrical wiring systems upgrade of our domestic properties throughout the City & County of Swansea. The Council’s intention is to enter into a Framework Agreement with three (3) Contractors with the option of two (2) Reserve Contractors for both Lots. The Works will be split into two (2) lots; Lot 1 – Urgent Works, Lot 2 – Planned Works Contractors will be restricted to either Lot 1 or Lot 2, contractors cannot bid for both lots. Swansea Council intends to set up a lotted framework to appoint 3 contractor’s with 2 reserved contractors to undertake various electrical wiring systems upgrade of our domestic properties throughout the City & County of Swansea
