Description
Atrium requires a suitably qualified contractor to deliver our landscape maintenance responsibilities, i.e. the upkeep and regular maintenance of open space and garden areas at various sites to keep them in a neat and tidy condition to promote and control growth. The site are listed within the tender documents.
Total Quantity or Scope
Landscape contractor appointed to provide services in relation to grass cutting; grass areas repairs/maintenance; planting; shrub bed maintenance; pruning; weed control; litter picking, path brushing; and hedge and tree maintenance. Ad hoc repair works will also be included to both hard and soft landscaping throughout the duration of the contract as instructed by Atrium which will include for example, replacement planting of shrubs and trees and renewal of slabbing and fencing etc.

Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015. Further information is contained in the Contract Brief and Tender documents attached to the Contract Notice, which includes information on how responses would be assessed. Under the terms of this contract, the successful supplier is required to deliver Community Benefits in support of the organisation's economic and social objectives. Atrium proposes that the contract will be for an initial period of 1 year with the option to extend on an annual basis, subject to performance and cost certainty, for up to a further 3 years. If the successful bidder does not perform to Atrium’s requirements, the contract may not continue after the first year. (SC Ref:768798)
