Description

The Tender is to establish a Agreement for the supply of an interhospital passenger transport service. (“Agreement”) The Agreement will cover the provision of transport services between the Authorities main hospital sites on completion of the ‘Meeting Patient’s Needs’ Project. The Shuttle Bus Service will operate between the Royal Blackburn Hospital (RBH) and Burnley General Hospital (BGH), carrying staff, visitors and independent patients attending outpatient / diagnostic service departments. There is a full service that runs Monday through to Friday inclusively with a slightly reduced service Saturday and Sunday. The Shuttle Bus will operate daily 365 days per year. The scope of this Agreement covers the provision of the full passenger transport service including vehicles and drivers.

Total Quantity or Scope

Under this Agreement the Supplier will provide Passenger Transport Services. The current annual spend through the Agreement is estimated to be £1,000,000 based on spend data for 12 months). TERMS AND CONDITIONS / ACTIVITY BASED INCOME (ABI) The terms and conditions of this Agreement and any resulting call-off contract is appended to the ITT. These terms include provisions requiring the payment by the supplier of an ABI management charge in consideration of the award of this Agreement, the management and administration by HTE of the overall contract structure and associated documentation, as well as the requirement to submit regular management information to HTE. Click the Express Interest button at the top of the page. This will move the SQ/ITT into your My SQs/My ITTs page. You can access any attachments by clicking Buyer Attachments in the SQ/ITT Details box. Follow the onscreen instructions to complete the SQ/ITT. Renewal Options

Following the Initial Term, at the Authority’s absolute discretion, there will be an option to extend for up to 24 months. Extension of up to 24 months
