Legal Justification
The award of this contract is happening because we need a large number of devices to be delivered to our Trust to support a new learning initiative provided by our Trustee's aimed at increasing pupil reading levels. XMA have worked with our Trust across all our schools and have built a good relationship with staff understanding our ICT requirements. They are a trusted provider of technology and support to our Trust. XMA have always provided goods at best value and been transparent where they have not been able to achieve this. XMA have always been able to provide devices and services in the quantity required on time. When benchmarked against other suppliers others were more expensive and couldn't deliver the equipment in the required time.
