UKRI wishes to establish a Contract for the provision of Landscape and Grounds Maintenance, reactive and remedial works at STFC. The site addressed for delivery of the goods and/or services are as follows: a.Rutherford Appleton Laboratory, Harwell Campus, Didcot, OX11 0QX b.STFC Chilbolton Observatory, Drove Road, Chilbolton, SO20 6BJ c.The Cosener’s House, 15-16 Abbey Close, Abingdon, OX14 3JD The estimated value of the opportunity is up to £1,668,000.00 excluding VAT across a potential 4 year term Due to the size, UKRI-3815 Annex Folder will be sent to Suppliers separate via a link upon request. Suppliers are to submit their request for the UKRI-3815 Annex Folder, through the message centre on the Delta eSourcing Portal.

Total Quantity or Scope

The estimated value of the opportunity is up to £1,668,000.00 excluding VAT across a potential 4 year term, broken down approximately as follows: Planned Preventative Maintenance: up to £330,000 per year Reactive and Remedial Works: up to £65,000 per year Estimate of PPM/reactive for new areas: £12,000 per year. Projects works: up to £10,000 per year Total spend: £417,000 per year The full technical specification for this procurement can be found at Appendix A. It is essential that this Appendix is fully read, understood and assessed when considering this opportunity. Due to the size, UKRI-3815 Annex Folder will be sent to Suppliers separate via a link upon request. Suppliers are to submit their request for the UKRI-3815 Annex Folder, through the message centre on the Delta eSourcing Portal. Site Tour: UKRI STFC will be holding a site tour for this requirement.
