This is to provide Vascular service for East Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust. Vascular capacity does not meet demand. This tender is for all patients (Varicose Veins) potentially breaching 65 weeks at the end of December. The solution supports full pathway, plus treatment and will enable 65-week delivery by the end of the financial year.

Legal Justification

This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) intention to award notice. The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023.
