Other Information

JIC is looking to procure the works for TP1 via a restricted procedure and will be selecting a shortlist of suitably qualified and experienced suppliers (up to 6 suppliers) to invite to tender for the provision of Main Contractor (Design and Build Construction) Services for the Project. JIC invites interested suppliers to reach out to michael.baldwin@turntown.co.uk and liam.chappell@aecom.com to receive the Selection Questionnaire (SQ) and draft Invitation to Tender documents supporting the Project. Deadline for the return of completed SQs is Monday 18 November 2024 at 11:00am. Further instructions are included in the SQ. It is currently expected that all suppliers who return a completed SQ will be notified of whether or not they have been shortlisted to be invited to tender for the scheme in early December 2024. Shortlisted suppliers will then be issued the formal ITT in order to submit a tender submission for the Project. JIC invites interested suppliers to reach out to michael.baldwin@turntown.co.uk and liam.chappell@aecom.com to receive the Selection Questionnaire (SQ) and draft Invitation to Tender documents supporting the Project.
