Description

This contract is to undertake a “catch up” programme for NHS Health Checks impacted on by the COVID-19 pandemic, undertaking activity for GP’s who continue to have reduced capacity to deliver NHS Health Checks, or have prioritized other healthcare services for direct, internal delivery. This is an activity-based contract.

Total Quantity or Scope

The authority is intending to award a contract to an existing provider following the Provider Selection Regime (PSR) direct award process C. The approximate lifetime value of the contract is £115,000. The contract is estimated to start 20/09/2027 and is for an initial period of up to 31/03/2027, with two optional extensions of one year each.
