Description

Intention to Award Notice NHS North East and North Cumbria Integrated Care Board (The Relevant Authority) is intending to award the above contract from 01 December 2024 for a period of 2 years plus an option to extend by a further 12 months subject to satisfactory performance and in line with NHS North East and North Cumbria Integrated Care Board(NHS NENC ICB) agreement up to 30/11/2027 and to the provider - Daisy Chain Project Teesside under Direct Award Process C of the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023 (PSR) on the basis that the relevant authority is of the opinion that, as an existing provider, Daisy Chain Project Teesside is satisfying the existing contract and is able to satisfy a new contract to a sufficient standard taking into account relevant key criteria and basic selection criteria.
