Description
The service provides online counselling support service for children and young people within North East Lincolnshire aged 11 - 25 years that have emotional or mental health concerns. The service will aim to help children and young people manage their emotional wellbeing concerns at the earliest opportunity before these problems escalate, resulting in the possible need for more specialist interventions and to deliver measurable improvements in the emotional and mental health of children and young people and thus improve their outcomes.

The service provides online counselling support service for children and young people within North East Lincolnshire aged 11 - 25 years that have emotional or mental health concerns. The service will aim to help children and young people manage their emotional wellbeing concerns at the earliest opportunity before these problems escalate, resulting in the possible need for more specialist interventions and to deliver measurable improvements in the emotional and mental health of children and young people and thus improve their outcomes. NHS Humber and North Yorkshire ICB is intending to award a contract an existing provider following direct award process C of The Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. Approximate lifetime value of the contract is £383,665 Contract term - 1 December 2024 - 30 November 2027, with an option to extend by 2 years until 30 November 2029

Representations by providers must be made to the relevant authority by 23:59hrs on 28 November. This contract has not yet formally been awarded. This notice serves as an intention to award under the PSR.

The contract award was approved by Place Director (North East Lincolnshire) and Place Director of Finance (North East Lincolnshire). No conflicts of interest have been declared in relation to the contract award.
