Traffic Signal Equipment Maintenance and Ancillary Support Services

Total Quantity or Scope

The services which can be delivered through this Contract, including several optional services which can be taken up by the Council as required, include: - Maintenance and repair of all traffic signal installations and associated communications equipment - Annual inspection of all traffic signal installations - Supply and installation of new traffic signal equipment resulting from damage by third parties - Low value replacement capital schemes (under GBP 200k) and renewal of traffic signal junctions/bridges/signal-controlled pedestrian crossings/wig-wags - Maintenance, inspection and repair of additional ITS systems such as: - vehicle/speed activated signs - selective vehicle detection systems - CCTV monitoring systems - wireless communications technology - remote monitoring systems - wireless vehicle detection systems Additional information: This contract will be procured through an Open Tender Procedure on Public Contracts Scotland-Tender.
