Description

Network Rail shall provide six items of Plant (C2102, C2103, C4401, C4402, C4403, SF-06) to the Supplier who will assume responsibility for the items of Plant for the Term of the Agreement and who will make sure the items of Plant deliver the Services. The term of the agreement is 5 years from 1 April 2025, with the option to extend for a further 3 periods of 1 year.
