Description

Cambridgeshire County Council currently have 2 frameworks covering Construction Requirements, both of which are mature in terms of being the latest iterations of similar frameworks held by the Authority for several years. The Design & Build Framework is for larger scale projects, mainly but not exclusively related to Education Buildings, and ends in November 2025. The Minor Works framework covers smaller requirements up to approx. £1m in value for Fabric and £500k for Mechanical & Electrical requirements, and ends in April 2026.
