The purpose of this Lot is to provide full, specialist end to end project management and delivery, including specification, health and safety provision and management, supply and installation of Solar Panels and associated equipment. This may include systems such as Solar Car Port, Solar Canopy systems, Solar Thermal or ground-mounted solar, EV Charge Points, battery systems and smart grids. The purpose of this Lot is to provide full, specialist end to end delivery, including specification, health and safety provision and management, supply and installation. This lot is specifically intended to provide a straightforward procurement route to enable innovative 3rd party funding options to be provided, in order to overcome the capital funding challenge. The Lot invites bidders with capability to provide both funding and supply/installation capability such that a turnkey installation can be provided under a funded arrangement. Bids are encouraged from installers and funding providers who partner to make a consortium bid as well as organisations who are able to offer funding and installation completely in-house.
