Description
Leicester City Council requires consultancy services for the completion of 64 new council homes across three sites (37 units at Lanesborough Road (Phase 1)) (up to 24 units at Lanesborough Road (Phase 2)) and 8 units at Austin Rise. Please note, the procurement was conducted as a call-off under the Lot 1: Built Environment of the CCS RM6165 Construction Professional Services, and the Council are no longer seeking tenders for this contract.

Renewal Options
The proposed contract will be for an initial period of three years with an option to extend for a further period or periods of up to a total of one year taking the contract term to a maximum of 4 years.
