Total Quantity or Scope

NHS England (East of England) is looking to gauge the potential market interest for providing Healthcare services at Norfolk and Suffolk prisons and Liaison and Diversion Services in Norfolk and Suffolk. The Norfolk & Suffolk prisons include HMPs:• Norwich• Bure • Wayland • Highpoint, • Hollesley Bay & • Warren HillAnd Liaison and Diversion services in Norfolk and SuffolkThe contract(s) will be commencing on1st April 2026, the length of the contract is to be decided, and the Commissioner would welcome feedback from the potential providers regarding preferred contract period. The aim of the market engagement exercise is to inform potential providers of the opportunity and to assist the commissioner in deciding on the most appropriate strategy including lotting strategy for the future procurement.
