The service delivers peer-led/ lived experience recovery support service for residents in WCC who are struggling with, or are in recovery from, their substance misuse. The programme offers socially-based befriending services which complement the existing structured treatment system.

The Council is intending to award this contract to an existing provider following Direct Award Process C. The lifetime value of the contract is £738,289.00 The contract start date is 1st April 2024 and will end on 31st March 2028
