Description

The requirement is to provide Support of Digital X-ray Equipment (DR-Go, Mobile Dart and Ziehm SOLO). Including the provision of spare parts, ancillaries, consumables, servicing, repairs, maintenance and training. It is anticipated that for the full 48 month (2+2 term) the anticipated value will be circa £1,500,000- £3,000,000

Lot Division

1 19 DR-GO and 11 Viewing Stations

Lot 1, 19 DR-GO and 11 Viewing Stations. The agreement will be in the form of a contract and Leidos will issue, in advance, Purchase orders for the following, 1. 19 annual services for devices listed in Lot 1. If more or less services are completed, a rebate or supplementary payment will be made. 2. Fully Comprehensive cover, to include the replacement of spare parts, consumable and breakdown cover.
2 10 Mobile DaRt and 7 Ziehm Solo

The agreement will be in the form of a contract and Leidos will issue, in advance, Purchase orders for the following, 1.17 annual services for Lot 2. If more or less services are completed, a rebate or supplementary payment will be made. 2. Fully Comprehensive cover, to include the replacement of spare parts, consumable and breakdown cover.
