Description

AiB has a requirement for 3rd line support and minor development for bespoke case management systems. In addition to support and minor development AIB require architectural system reviews to be undertaken on each supported system to assist in prolonging the life of each system. First and 2nd line IT support for all bespoke applications continues to be provided by our in-house dedicated IT Support Team. This contract was originally awarded as a call off under the Scottish Government (SG) collaborative framework for ICT Services - Digital and Technology Services (DATS) SP-14-007.
